Allspice Ground
Allspice is a slightly peppery and warm spice. It has flavors similar to cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg. It is made from the dried fruit of the Pimenta Plant. Allspice is very popular in fall desserts and Jamaican cuisine such as Jerk Chicken. It is also used in many Middle Eastern, German, and Latin American dishes.
