SHIPPING ORDERS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?
We process orders Monday-Friday within 24 hours. Carrier shipping usually delivers within 1 to 4 days. Unforeseen carrier conditions may cause actual delivery dates to vary.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
For standard orders, we offer free shipping on orders of $49 or more. For orders under $49, we offer flat rate shipping of $9.99.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we ship to the United States and Canada only.
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?
For orders in the US, we primarily ship via UPS Ground Shipping, which takes 1-4 business days after processing. For orders to Canada we use USPS priority which takes 1-3 business days after processing.
WHAT IF MY HOUSE OR APARTMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERY FROM USPS?
