Dill
Dill tastes grassy with a bit of anise-like licorice flavor. It is often used as a garnish and is excellent in cold soups featuring beets, cucumbers, yogurt, or on tzatziki, the traditional Greek cucumber yogurt salad. Dill is commonly used on spreads, sour cream, cream cheese, seafood and lamb.
