Fennel Ground
Fennel seeds are the dried seed of the fennel herb, and look like cumin seeds, only greener. They are then ground into a fine powder. Fennel seeds have an aniseed flavor and a warm, sweet aroma. Fennel is used to flavor fish, meat and vegetable dishes, as well as breads and chutneys.
